New Decade of Hattie Hill

Happy New Year all,

Nothing symbolizes new beginnings, adventures and opportunity like ringing in a new year and a new decade. That’s why I chose this time of year to announce two new voyages I’m dedicating my energy to in 2020 — leading the T.D. Jakes Foundation and launching my new book!

As president and CEO of the new T.D. Jakes Foundation, I’m excited to help bridge the gap between human potential and opportunity, particularly in STEAM fields. There are millions of technology-focused roles that need to be filled, and I truly believe technology is the bridge to the future. I’m thrilled to be able to use my experience in global business, as well as in diversity and inclusion and gender equity, to help companies find and develop exceptional talent in multiple verticals.

I’m also taking this next chapter as an opportunity to share about my journey in my new book, “Women, Wisdom and Water.” My hope is it resonates with and encourages women around the world to define femininity for themselves and discover what is so often elusive for women in the corporate world—peace and confidence. Throughout the course of my career thus far, I’ve taken on projects in six of the seven continents of the world, I’ve led millions of people in conferences, I’ve met with royalty and sat in meetings with the biggest CEOs in business, and I can honestly say this new chapter is one of the most exciting times of my life. I’m so looking forward to what the next decade holds.
