Hattie Hill |
Hattie Hill’s management expertise has been shared with major organizations throughout North America and 42 other countries. She is highly regarded not only as a management and human relations consultant and trainer, but also as a professional speaker and author. She is frequently quoted in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and The Dallas Morning News.
As an author of three books, Hattie has helped thousands deal with change. Her fourth book, Connect, is scheduled for publication soon. She is a popular choice on the professional speakers circuit, with Successful Meetings magazine naming her one of their national “Hot 25 Speakers.” As featured in the cover story of the October 2004 issue of The Meeting Professional magazine, Hattie was selected “International Supplier of the Year” by Meeting Professionals International (MPI).
Hattie is a native of Moro, Arkansas, and holds a Bachelors and Masters degree from Arkansas State University. She serves on several boards, including the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and the Society of International Business Fellows.

Carole Smith |
Carole Smith, a former senior banking executive and business owner, has contributed to Leadership Greater Little Rock for more than ten years. She managed over $200 million in assets for a major Arkansas bank and was the first female to hold a senior-level position in the state’s largest bank. Carole serves as a champion for women, business development and next-level leadership.
A successful entrepreneur, she has owned and operated two retail stores for a combined total of 13 years. Carole's service to the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce has been widely recognized and acclaimed.
She holds multiple degrees: a Bachelor of Marketing and a Masters in Business from the University of Arkansas, as well as a second Masters in Banking from the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.
Carole has served on the boards of Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Greater Little Rock, National Federation of Business and Professional Women, Ballet Arkansas, March of Dimes and Civitan International.
